My beautiful journey began when I did my first Reiki session with Reiki Master Erin Bird. She connected with me and told me things about myself that I knew deep down, but didn't want to acknowledge. It was scary, but so damn refreshing. Once I was able to acknowledge the good AND bad in myself, I was able to magnify the good, and change the bad.
Here I am over a year later living my dream as my most authentic-self!
